Thank you for choosing to rent a property through AMMRE. We have been leasing homes in the Albuquerque area for 20 years and have served over 2,000 residents.  Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of residential services. Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home.

For your convenience you can request a workorder, update your account information, view a statement of your account, or contact our property managers all on line.  Just ckick on Resident Login on the left side bar. Please be sure we have your e-mail address in our file so we can set up your login account.

Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Saturday 9 –5. We are on call Sunday and evenings for emergencies. If you have an after hours emergency call our office 505-765-5800 and select maintenance from the main menu. Follow the directions for an emergency.
